This business started with a simple love for the work—helping out in a family flooring business in St. Augustine, Florida—and grew into what DC’s Floor and Carpet Cleaning is today. Nearly 30 years ago, David Collins brought that same work ethic and care to Florence and built a name people could trust.

In 2026, we—Tyler and Emily Collins—were proud to keep it in the family. We believe in doing things the right way, treating people honestly, and making sure every job is done like we’d want it in our own home—whether it’s residential or commercial.
